CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE COMMITTEE DECEMBER 5, 2018 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Special Session on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 with Chairperson Susan Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:03 p.m. Members in Attendance: Susan Hady, Forrest Frami, and Don Miller. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to adjourn into Closed Session for Interviewing for the Department of Public Works Heavy Equipment Operator Position per WI Stats. 19.85(1)(c).
