City of Horicon Personnel & Finance Committee Minutes January 15, 2019 The Personnel & Finance Committee Meeting met in Regular Session with Chairman Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members present: Susan Hady, Donald Miller, & Forrest Frami. Members absent: None Public Appearances: None Discussion on EMS Service Contract with Town of Williamstown/Village of Kekoskee. Will be on the Agenda for Monthly Council Meeting. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the purchase of a Henderson Brine Extreme Pro w/Truck Fill from Casper’s Truck Equipment in the amount of $63,202.00 (Budgeted). All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the purchase of JD 1025R Tractor w/Cab, Rotary Broom, & Spreader in the amount of $27,627.96 (Budgeted). All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the purchase of a 2019 Ford F350 Chassis & Henderson 9’ Stainless Steel Dump Body & Plow in the amount of $49,741.50 (Budgeted). All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to authorize Horicon Chamber of Commerce to apply for the 2019 Bird City Recognition and Reimbursement of the Application fee of $125.00. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Frami, second by Hady, to approve the Wage Advancement for Department of Public Works Heavy Equipment Operator, Scott Giesen, at Top Scale starting the February 3, 2019 pay period. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Motion by Miller, second by Frami, to approve the purchase of a 2019 Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD from Ewald Automotive Group in the amount of $28,779.00. (Budgeted) All voting Aye. Motion Carried Motion by Hady, second by Frami, to approve the bills for December 2018 in the amount of $246,564.43. All Voting Aye. Motion carried.
