CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE January 18, 2021 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m. Members Present: Hady and Miller. Members Absent: Frami. Public Appearances: None Motion by Miller second by Hady, to approve the December 16, 2020 minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Watertown Fire Department Emergency Medical Services & Ambulance Transportation Intercept Agreement. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Miller, second by Hady, to approve the Language Change for Health Insurance Upon Retirement for Non-Represented Employees Hired 6/1/2004 thru 10/1/2011. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Bills for December 2020 in the amount of $7,535,927.62. All voting Aye. Motion carried.
