City of Horicon PERSONNEL & FINANCE March 16, 2023 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in regular session with Chairperson Frami presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members Present: Frami and Miller. Members Absent: Bandsma. Public Appearances: None. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the February 16, 2023, minutes. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve the Aquatic Center Transferable Pass Policy with modifications. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Discussion regarding Park Maintenance Funding. Bandsma arrived at 6:21 p.m. Discussion on vacation and comp time benefits. Motion by Frami, second by Miller, to approve February 2023 payables in the amount of $2,758,320.30. All voting Aye. Motion carried. Personnel & Finance’s next meeting will be Monday, April 17, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Motion by Frami, second by Bandsma, to adjourn into closed session for the purpose of considering a MOU with the Horicon Professional Police Association Local 484 Relating to the Sergeants’ Position per WI Stats. 19.85(1)(e).
