City of Horicon Police & Fire Commission February 1, 2024
The Police and Fire Commission of the City of Horicon met in regular session with President
Neitzel presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m.
Members Present: Neitzel, Keup, Harvancik, Hoefs, and Counard.
Members Absent: None.
Motion by Keup, second by Counard, to approve the January 30, 2024, minutes.
All voting Aye. Motion carried.
Motion by Neitzel, second by Harvancik, to adjourn into closed session for the purpose of
formulating duties, compensation, and create candidate list for Interim Police Chief per WI
Statute 19.85(1)(c).
The commission adjourned into closed session at 6:05 p.m.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Public Safety
Building.
Motion by Harvancik, second by Hoefs, to adjourn meeting.
All voting Aye, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m.
