City of Horicon Public Safety Committee Minutes July 09, 2024
The Public Safety Committee meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairperson Marie
Fenske.
Members Present: Fenske, Frami and Remy.
Members Absent: None.
Motion by Remy, second by Frami, to approve the June 11, 2024 minutes.
All voting Aye. Motion carried.
Public Appearances: None.
Pedestrian Safety: None.
Discussion on extra speed enforcement at targeted times.
Interim Police Chief Furseth provided a monthly update on the Police Department.
Motion by Fenske, second by Frami, to approve a 2-year operator license for Angel Artigas,
Lily Eberle, Dillion Moul, and Lisa Nicholson.
All voting Aye. Motion carried.
Motion by Fenske, second by Remy, to approve a 1-year operator license for Rachel McKee.
All voting Aye. Motion carried.
Motion by Fenske, second by Frami, to approve a Class “B” Liquor and Fermented Malt
Beverage License for Arandas Mexican Grill 2.
All voting Aye. Motion carried.
Set the next meeting date for Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Public Safety
Building.
Motion to adjourn by Fenske, second by Remy.
All voting Aye. The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
