City of Horseshoe Bay City Council Meeting Minutes May 18, 2022 at 3:00 PM City Hall, 1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas LOCATION (OPEN TO THE PUBLIC): Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht Club Ballroom 1009 Horseshoe Bay Boulevard Horseshoe Bay, Texas 78657 1. Welcome and Presentation by Mayor Clinesmith 2. Open Forum: Following a brief presentation, residents may circulate to stations representing the City departments, including: Finance, Utilitiy Billing, Municipal Court, City Secretary's Office, Fire, Police, Utilities, Public Works, Human Resources, and Development Services. City leaders will be at each station to share information and answer questions. Also, your City Council members will provide more details around topics of interest. One station will be set up by the IT Administrator for citizens to register for the CIVIC READY and WARN CENTRAL TEXAS systems – which send out city information through email and/or text. No action will be taken. – Citizens visited various stations illustrating city services and programs. Mayor Clinesmith provided a presentation on current city activities. City staff members were available to answer questions. No action taken. 3. Adjourn – The meeting adjourned at 4:30pm. 1
