MINUTES BLACK OTTER LAKE DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS MEETING TUESDAY 1/12/2026 1. Call to Order President Kuske called meeting to Order at 5:30pm. Roll Call Present Chair Sean Kuske, Village Rep. Bob Jewell, OC Rep. Daniel Nejedlo, Judy Williams Treasurer Absent Secretary Colton Glocke, Jared Dorn 2a. Minutes of 7/16/2025 Motion Nejedlo/Jewell moved to approve the Minutes of 7/16/2025 Discussion to Correct Minutes that Treasurer William was in Attendance. VOTE : AYES; UNANIMOUS 2b. Minutes of 11/10/2025 Motion to Approve Nejedlo/Kuske moved to approve Minutes of 11/10/2025 VOTE: AYES; UNANIMOUS 3. Treasure's Report Treasurer Williams presented Financial Report Reported the dates of checks for purchase of Harvester were 11/2018 and 6/2019. Reported that taxes should start coming in. Tresurer's Report Kuske/Jewell moved to approve Treasurer's Report VOTE: AYES; UNANIMOUS Motion Carried President Kuske reported on his discussion with Weyauwega Mill Pond board member. WMP’s structure, how they supported financially and some of the initiative they are focusing on. Resident Comments None 4. New Business Feed back from volunteer harvester operators was discussed. Ed Williams talked about some of the limitations that the present harvester has. When a new harvester could be purchased along with discussing date this spring to do maintenance and repairs BOLD equipment along with options to make BOLD harvester operate more effeciently. One operator had suggested he knew a hydraulic company that his employer used and was pleased with. 5b. Update on Watershed Expansion No Report 6.
