‭VILLAGE OF HORTONVILLE‬ ‭VILLAGE BOARD MEETING: SPECIAL BOARD MEETING‬ ‭November 11, 2024 MEETING MINUTES‬ ‭President Jeanne Bellile called the meeting to order in closed session in the Community‬ ‭Center at 531 N. Nash St., Hortonville, Wisconsin. after a 5 minute break to clear the room.‬ ‭Trustees Present‬:‭ Grace Abitz, Julie Arendt Vanden Heuvel, Bob Jewell, Jane Olk, Jim‬ ‭Moeller, Shauna Keel, and President Jeanne Bellile.‬ ‭Trustees Absent:‬ ‭Officials/Staff Present:‬‭Administrator Nathan Treadwell, Attorney Ashley Lehocky and‬ ‭Police Chief Kris Brownson.‬ ‭Additional Personnel:‬ ‭Entering/Exiting Personnel:‬ ‭Actions Required:‬‭None‬ ‭Adjourn Closed Session‬ ‭Motion [Arendt Vanden Heuvel /Moeller] to adjourn from closed session. Unanimous roll call‬ ‭vote motion carried.
