1. Meeting Called to at 5:00 pm by Director of Public Works Steber
2. Roll Call of Members Present

3. Others Present
a. Village President Jeanne Bellile
4. Variance request V – 1 -23 in the matter of Eric & Judy Peterson. Asking for a setback
variance for 344 S Nash Street.
5. Director of Public Works Steber read the Staff Report as prepared by Village officials.
The report was utilized to clearly explain to the members of the appeal board the
definition of the problem.
6. No citizen comments either for or against the project.
7. Public portion of the meeting was adjourned at 5:10 pm.
8. Deliberations:
9. Motion [Riemer/Banker] to approve Variance request V – 1 – 23.
Roll call vote 4 AYE, 0 Nay. Motion carried.
10. Meeting was adjourned at 5:15 p.m.
