All businesses are encourage to participate by decorating their storefronts! Thanks to all the businesses, volunteers for making this community event a success every year. The all-night parking ban will be enforced beginning December 1, 2017 thru March 31, 2018. The parking ban is to help assist the efficient removal of snow from streets and village parking lots. 2. Under local law property owners are responsible to clear snow from sidewalks; 3.Under NYS law it is against the law to plow, snow blow, shovel or in any way deposit snow on Village streets.
