AGENDA 6/11/18 Public Hearing at 4:00 pm proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2018 amending Chapter A219 “Schedule of Fees” Public Hearing 4:05 pm purpose of hearing public comments on the Village of Hudson Fall’s community development needs, and to discuss the possible submission of one or more Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications for the 2087 program year. Set a 2nd Public Meeting to consider submission of one or more Community Development Block Grants applications for the 2018 program year and to obtaining community input and participation. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Minutes of the regular meeting and public hearing of 5/14/18 and Special Meeting of 5/3/18 to be approved as read. Authorization to transfer from Program Income account all funds that do not meet the criteria of “Program Income” as provided in the New York State CDBG Program Income Policy Fact Sheet. Those funds shall be placed in the Community Development (Local) Account. The necessary appropriations be approved. Resolution - Appointing Certifying Officer for CDBG-2017 (559PW39-17) Grant. Resolution - Determination that the Village of Hudson Falls Neighborhood Water Main Replacement Program (CDBG 559PW39-17) is a Type II Action under SEQR Regulations. Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement with Jaeger & Flynn for the review and update the Village’s Premium Only Plan/Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Document at a cost of $300. Resolution requesting legislation to permit part-time officer Edward P. Ackely to sit for the civil service exam and be placed on the eligibility list for full-time police officer for the Village of Hudson Falls. Request of Chief Diamond to hire Kameron Mosher to the position of Full-Time Police Officer at the rate reflective in the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Request that Officer Brandon Irwin carry his unused Holiday and Personal Time to 2018-2019 due to the fact he was unable to use his time while attending the Police Academy. 26 Personal Hours and 58 Holiday Hours. Request of Superintendent Fiorillo to promote Joshua Rouse to the position of MEO effective 6/11/18 at a rate in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. Request for Special Use Permit from Feeder View LLC for accessory apartment and storage building at 264-268 Main Street. Announcements The Annual Stormwater Report available on our Website. 2017 Annual Drinking Water Report is on our Website. Monthly Reports Vouchers MAYOR’S COMMENT BOARD COMMENT GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT Executive Session – for purpose of discussing collective bargaining agreement and the final MOA dated 5/31/18 ratified by the HF Police Benevolent Association.
