GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT
OLD BUSINESS
Authorize the Mayor to sign Grant Disbursement Agreement between the DASNY and the Village associated with
the Project to Purchase a Vehicle and Upgrades to the Police Department Building. Further authorize Chief Gillis
and Clerk Brayman together with the Mayor to authorize and submit any and all necessary documentation including
Payment Requisition documentation.
NEW BUSINESS
Minutes of the regular meeting and public hearing of 11/12/18 to be approved as read.
Request of Chief Gillis to appoint Edward Acklely to the position of FT Police Officer effective 12/10/18.
Authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents to retain Joan B. Bleikamp of Walsh & Walsh, LLP as Bond
Counsel for the BAN to Restore of Former Washington County Courthouse in conjunction with the $500,000 NYS
Main Street Grant.
Adopt Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment. This policy was provided by NYMIR and is a
comprehensive policy that includes the NYS Department of Labor’s Sexual Harassment Prevention guidance.
Authorize Clerk Brayman to sign the Online Auction Contract between the Village and Auctions International.
Declare 2005 Chevy Impala VIN 2G1WF52E059347091 and 2009 Dodge Durango VIN #1D8HB38P59F712628
surplus and authorize listing them on Auctions International site.
Authorization for Superintendent Fiorillo to sign the National Grid Settlement Agreement and General Release
associated with their recent audit resulting in a settlement refund of $5,336.29.
Reinstatement of Membership in the Hudson Falls Fire Council as firefighters – Michael O’Dalaigh, 101 Martindale
Ave HF and Ted Bigelow, 5 Harold Street, HF.
Membership application in the Hudson Falls Council Junior Firefighter Program – Daniel Hess, 13 Morgan Drive
HF and Julie Lewis, 22 Beech Street HF.
