Adopt Policy Against Discrimination and Harassment. This policy was provided by NYMIR and is a comprehensive policy that includes the NYS Department of Labor’s Sexual Harassment Prevention guidance. Authorize Clerk Brayman to sign the Online Auction Contract between the Village and Auctions International. Declare 2005 Chevy Impala VIN 2G1WF52E059347091 and 2009 Dodge Durango VIN #1D8HB38P59F712628 surplus and authorize listing them on Auctions International site. Authorization for Superintendent Fiorillo to sign the National Grid Settlement Agreement and General Release associated with their recent audit resulting in a settlement refund of $5,336.29. Reinstatement of Membership in the Hudson Falls Fire Council as firefighters – Michael O’Dalaigh, 101 Martindale Ave HF and Ted Bigelow, 5 Harold Street, HF. Membership application in the Hudson Falls Council Junior Firefighter Program – Daniel Hess, 13 Morgan Drive HF and Julie Lewis, 22 Beech Street HF.
