Chief Gillis to recognize officers on 5/26/19 – Meritorious Duty. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Engagement Letter for Whittemore Dowen & Ricciardelli to conduct the audit for year ending May 31, 2019 which will include a Single Audit required when the expenditure of grant funds exceeds $750,000 in the fiscal year. Set second public hearing for the CDBG-2017 John Street East Waterline Replacement Project for the purpose of providing opportunity for comments related to the effectiveness of administration of the project. Set a public hearing to discuss Community Development Needs Authorize the submission of the CFA Grant Applications. Paris Park Proposal regarding Administration and Engineering for the project. Resolution to establish an Enterprise Fund for the management of the Histroic Courthouse.
