AGENDA 9/9/19 Public Hearing to discuss the proposal to rename the park now known as Derby Park. In consideration of a pledge and charitable donation in the amount of $500,000 from Michael and Brien Moran to the Village, to be used for substantial park renovations, the park would be renamed Moran-Derby Park. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT OLD BUSINESS Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposal from Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C. to prepare an Update to the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment/EPA AAI Report – Historic Court House Project at 122 Main Street. NEW BUSINESS Minutes of the regular meeting of 8/12/19 to be approved as submitted. Accept resignation of Patrolman Brandon Irwin as of 9/7/19. Appoint Joseph McKeever to the position of FT Patrolman at a rate set forth in the collective bargaining agreement.
