Authorize the Mayor to sign the Grant Agreement re Project 559PW187-19 associated with Waterline Replacement for Maple East Neighborhood and all necessary documentation associated with the grant. Announce Grant Award in the amount of $600,000 from the Environmental Protection Fund Grant Program for Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation for the Derby Park Renovation Project. Authorize Chief Gillis to submit a grant application to NYS DCJS for live scan equipment and commit to the 50% matching fund requirements. Approve appointing Laura McMorland as Temporary Part-Time Account Clerk 1/2/2020 for the purposes of training through the March 1st water billing cycle at rate of pay at time of retirement.
