AGENDA 5/11/2020 Roll Call – Board Members GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT OLD BUSINESS Derby Park Grant – Resolution authorizing Mayor and Clerk/Treasurer to sign the Master Contract and any amendments and all necessary documentation and certifications associated with the project. NEW BUSINESS Minutes of the regular meeting and public hearing of 4/13/20 to be approved as read. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a one year lease of the Annex at 2 Maple Street to the Council for Prevention for $700 per month. Resolution authorizing the Mayor to accept a proposal from the Chazen Companies to prepare a Grant Application for the Village in the current 2020 CFA Funding Round. Authorization to set a public hearing on June 8, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. to discuss community development needs and NYS Office of Community Renewal’s 2020 Program Year. Authorization to set a second public hearing for the CDBG-2018 School Street, Clark Street, Union Street Waterline Replacement Project for the purpose of providing opportunity for comments related to the effectiveness of administration of the project. Authorization to set a public hearing at a later date at a time to be determined, for any ED project supported by the Board of Trustees. Approval of the PBA Memorandum of Agreement adding Captain position.
