Commit that portion of the project that exceeds the grant proceeds from the current budget amount committee from A-3121.4.000 Crime Proceeds Restricted (Page 4 of Budget). Agreement between the Village and Washington County regarding vehicle maintenance services. Membership in the Hudson Falls Fire Department as a Firefighter – Joseph Winchell, 23 Maple Ave, HF. Authorize the Mayor to sign the proposal with Chazen Companies to prepare a CDBG Economic Development Grant Application to Assist with the Financing of the Expansion of the Argyle Cheese Factory LLC and Relocation into the Village. Derby Park Renovation Project – Lead Agency for SEQRA and SEQRA Negative Declaration.
