Award Bids on the Maple Street East Neighborhood Water Line (CDBG-559PW187-19) NEW BUSINESS Minutes of the regular meeting of 3/8 2021 and Special Meeting of 3/24/21 to be approved as read as submitted. Authorize Mayor Barton to sign the Lease between the Village and Rearview Mirror Corp. for the restaurant at 122 Main Street (Courthouse). Declare fencing and materials removed from Derby Park surplus. Authorize Superintendent Fiorillo and Clerk Brayman to either sell or scrap the surplus property, whatever is most advantageous to the Village. Declare old equipment in water department yard surplus property and scrap. Fire Department Memberships Nicholas Vanderwarker, firefighter, Hudson Falls and Patrick Morin-Lake, firefighter, Hudson Falls and David Bover, fire police, Queensbury.
