Local Law No. 4 of 2021 for the purpose of prohibiting parking at all times on north side of Martindale Avenue from Fifth Street to the Village line (just past Seventh Street)– review and set Public Hearing 11/8/21. Review Procurement Policy and update if necessary. Approve the request of chief Gillis to hire Lance Barber to the position of FT Police Officer effective 10/8/2021 at the rate reflected in the collective bargain agreement. Approve the request of Superintendent Fiorillo to hire Aaron Vanderwarker to the position of Laborer effective his first available day. Authorize Superintendent Fiorillo to sign the annual Snow Agreement between the Village and Washington County (to participate in the State Snow & Ice control program). Approve the appointment of Ellen Brayman as Village Clerk at her current salary. Approve the appointment of Cassandra Allen as Village Treasurer at the rate of $52,000 annually.
