Brief Description: Staff will provide an update on recent activities related to
emergency communications and the protocols and tools used to communicate
during incidents; coordination of community event communications.

Brief Description: Staff are reviewing temporary special event and vendor
requirements, along with relevant Fire Code provisions, to ensure all
regulations are current, clearly defined, and aligned with operational and

operation of food trucks in residential neighborhoods..

EMERGENCY.
Brief Description: The ordinance amends Chapter 478 and addresses
concerns raised prior to Ordinance No. 25-119 and new issues that
have emerged after implementation.

G. 26-0061 Excess General Fund Carryover Balance
Brief Description: This is a discussion with Council about the use of the
General Fund excess carryover balance. City Council previously passed an
ordinance stating which, if any, existing unfunded infrastructure project(s)
should be completed with the excess General Fund carryover balance, so that
not less than 50% of the excess be spent on infrastructure. Staff has prepared a
list for Council to consider.
