Call To Order Acting Chair Morris called to order the regularly scheduled meeting of the Architectural & Historic Board of Review of the City of Hudson at 7:30 p.m., in accordance with the Sunshine Laws of the State of Ohio, O.R.C. Section 121.22. II. Roll Call Present: 4 - Mr. Caputo, Mr. Congin, Mr. Grant and Mr. Morris Absent: 3 - Mr. Drummond, Ms. Marzulla and Mr. Waldeck Staff in attendance: Ms. Soloman, Associate Planner; Mr. Campbell, Executive Assistant. III. Public Comment Acting Chair Morris opened the meeting to public comment for anyone wanting to address the Board. There were no comments. IV. New Business A. 1085 69 College Street Fence (42” wood picket fence) Submitted by William & Mary Ellen Carroll - Historic District Attachments: 69 College Street - revised Mr. William Carroll, the owner of the property, was present for the meeting and discussion. Mr. Grant reported that all members of the Historic District Subcommittee waived the two meeting review period and recommended granting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the plans as presented. A motion was made by Mr. Congin seconded by Mr. Caputo to accept the recommendation of the Historic District Subcommittee. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Mr. Caputo, Mr. Congin, Mr. Grant and Mr. Morris B. 745 2771 Barlow Road New Construction (single family house) Submitted by Prestige Homes Attachments: 2771 Barlow Road - revised Mr. John Russell, of Prestige Homes, was present for the meeting and discussion. A motion was made by Mr. Congin seconded by Mr. Grant, that this AHBR Application be approved as presented. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Mr. Caputo, Mr. Congin, Mr. Grant and Mr. Morris VI. Other Business A. TMP-2878 147 Hudson Street Informal Discussion Attachments: 147 Hudson Street - gate Mr. Rick Hawksley, the architect, and the Board had an informal discussion regarding plans for a garage addition at this property.
