Approval Bid 17-02 and Contract between the City of Humble, Texas and Frost Construction for the Humble Police Station Buildout Project in the amount of $221,000.00. 9. Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the engineering services contract between the City of Humble, Texas and RPS Klotz Associates for the Elevated Storage Tank and Water System Improvements Project in the amount of $166,692.00. 10. Approval of Change Order No. 1 for the Civic Arena Top Soil replacement project, increasing the original contracted amount between the City of Humble, Texas and Dirt Cheap Mulch Co. by $14,994.00.
