Adoption of Resolution 17-789 casting a ballot for the election of a person to the Board of Directors of the Harris County Appraisal District. 4. Approval of a contract between the City of Humble, Texas and Dunham Engineering, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $35,000.00 to perform construction progress inspection work associated with the construction of a one million gallon elevated storage tank. 5. Approval of a contract between the City of Humble, Texas and ARKK Engineers in an amount not to exceed $96,150.00 to provide construction administration and management of the West Townsen Extension Project. 6. Approval of a request by the Humble Lions Club to provide traffic control and lane closures for the 16th annual Lions Club Charities Bike Ride to be held on February 10, 2018 beginning at 8:00 A.M. 7. Approval of declared City Holidays for calendar year 2018. 8. Executive Session will be held in the Council Conference Room.  Personnel Matters {Gov’t Code Section 551.074}; possible action.
