Call to order. 2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Presentation, discussion and possible approval or disapproval of a development plat for Townsen Landing: a subdivision of8.962 acres ofland in the Jesse Pruett Survey, Abstract o. 1304. City of Humble, Harris County, Texas. The City Council may convene a closed meeting to deliberate this matter as authorized by the Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney). 4. Executive Session will be held in the Council Conference Room. A. Consultation with Attorney (Gov't Code Section 551.071). The City Council may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending or contemplated litigation subject or settlement offer or attorney-client privileged information.
