Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of Ordinance 20-869 altering the prima facie speed limits established for vehicles under the provisions of 545.356, Texas Transportation Code, upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, upon certain streets and highways, of parts thereof, within the corporate limits of the City ofHumble as set out in this Ordinance; and providing a penalty of a fine not to exceed $200 for the violation of the Ordinance. 9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of Resolution 20-823 adopting the 2019 City ofHumble Water Conservation plan. 10. Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of the proposed "Release of Land from Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ofthe City ofHouston) and Notice ofReversionary Interest", Exhibit E, of the proposed Ordinance of the City of Houston Releasing 98.08 Acres of Land owned by Humble Independent School D istrict from the ETJ of the City of Houston, and authorize and direct the Mayor and City Secretary to execute the Release when approved by the City ofHouston in substantially the same form.
