CALL TO ORDER. 2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 3. Recognize Texas State Representative Dan Huberty for his service to District 127 from 2011 to 2022. 4. Humble Beautification Committee Annual Holiday Christmas Parade Awards presentations. 5. HEAR VISITORS: During this time a citizen may address the City Council on any item which does not appear on the posted Agenda. Registration forms are available at the meeting and on our website. This form should be completed and returned to the City Secretary no later than ten (10) minutes prior to the beginning of the meeting. Upon stepping to the podium, the speaker must state their name, and city of residence. Each speaker’s remarks are limited to three (3) minutes. The City Council will listen and receive the information presented by the speaker, ask staff to look into the matter, or place the issue on a future agenda.
