Presentation, possible action, and discussion on approval of Bid 2023-01 and contract for the Humble Senior Activity Center Construction Project between the City of Humble and Purcell Construction in the amount of $5,759,250.00. 17. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION Texas Government Code, Section 551.087 – Deliberation Regarding Economic Development Negotiations  The City Council may discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect: Project Lantern. 18. TAKE ACTION, IF ANY, ON EXECUTIVE SESSION. 19. COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS.
