The petitioner is requesting variance from the 12,000 square foot minimum lot size required. The existing lot is approximately 7,875 square feet each in size and consistent with other residential lots in the area. Chapter – 2.A.5.a – Development Standards - Minimum Lot Width The petitioner is requesting a reduction of the 80-foot minimum lot width required for a residential project in the R- 1 Zoning Districts.
