On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20 which allows a local legislative body to hold public meetings via teleconferencing, and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public seeking to observe and to address the local legislative body. Pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, please be advised that some members of the Huntington Beach Public Works Commission and/or City staff may participate in this meeting telephonically or electronically. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: To ensure the public's right to participate in this legislative session, please perform the following: 1. In order to ensure adequate social distancing, the City will not make a physical location available for the public to observe the meeting or offer public comment in person. The Utilities Training Center will be closed to the public. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Members of the public wishing to participate in the Public Works Commission meeting by submitting public comments on agenda or non-agenda items, can submit one communication per person of 300 words or less via email to kdills@surfcity-hb.org. Public comment communications received in this way will be included as part of the meeting and read aloud to the Public Works Commission during the meeting. Public Comments must be received no later than 4:00 PM the day prior to the meeting in order to ensure inclusion into, and read during, the meeting. ADMINSTRATIVE ITEMS 20-2021 Sanitary Sewer Facilities Fund Annual Compliance Report Fiscal Year 2019/20. Recommended Action: Motion to recommend to the City Council the approval of the Annual Sanitary Sewer Facilities Fund Compliance Report for Fiscal Year 2019/20 . 20-2022 Planned Local Drainage Facilities Fund Annual Compliance Report for Fiscal Year 2019/20. Recommended Action: Motion to recommend to the City Council the approval of the Planned Local Drainage Facility Fund Compliance Report for Fiscal Year 2019/20.. 20-2023 Traffic Impact Fee Fund Annual Compliance Report for Fiscal Year 2019/20 . Recommended Action: Motion to recommend approval of the 2018/19 Traffic Impact Fee Annual Report to the City Council.
