Public Works 16. 24-548 Approve and Authorize execution of Third Amendment to the Site License Agreement between the City of Huntington Beach and T-Mobile West LLC, for a Wireless Communications Facility at Fire Page 6 of 9 City Council/Public Financing AGENDA October 15, 2024 Authority Station 6-Edwards Recommended Action: Approve and Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Third Amendment to the Site License Agreement between the City of Huntington Beach and T-Mobile West LLC. 17. 24-709 Approve and authorize execution of Amendment No. 1 to Professional Service Agreements with Harris & Associates, Inc., to increase the contract amount by $1 million; and Wallace & Associates Consulting, Inc., to extend the contract by one year and increase the contract amount by $1 million Recommended Action: A) Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute “Amendment No. 1 to Agreement between the City of Huntington Beach and Harris & Associates , Inc. for On-Call General Engineering Consulting Services,” to increase the contract amount by $1 million; and, B) Approve and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute “Amendment No. 1 to Agreement between the City of Huntington Beach and Wallace & Associates Consulting , Inc. for On-Call Construction Management and Engineering Services ,” to extend the term by one year and increase the contract amount by $1 million. PUBLIC HEARING For the benefit of the public, prior to a public hearing item, each member of the City Council will disclose any ex parte communications they may have had pertaining to the item.
