Finance 14. 24-918 Year-End Audit Results for the FY 2023/24 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and Approval of Fiscal Year 2023/24 Year-End Audit Adjustments Recommended Action: A) Receive and File the FY 2023/24 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and other auditor-issued reports; and, B) Approve year-end budget adjustments to the FY 2023/24 Revised Budget in the funds and by the amounts contained in Attachment 3 . COUNCIL MEMBER ITEMS 20. 24-882 Item Submitted by Mayor Pat Burns - Adopt Resolution No. 2025-01 declaring the City to be a non-sanctuary city for illegal immigrants for the prevention of crime Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 2025-01 “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, Declaring the City of Huntington Beach a Non-Sanctuary City for Illegal Immigration for the Prevention of Crime.” 21. 25-034 Item Submitted by Mayor Pat Burns, Mayor Pro Tem Casey McKeon, and Council Member Don Kennedy - Bolsa Chica Senior Project Ad Hoc Committee Notification Recommended Action: The City Council approve the Ad Hoc Committee’s recommendation to direct the City Manager to work with the City Attorney to send a letter to the Project Proponents notifying them of the Ad Hoc Committee’s intent to further evaluate the information presented to the City Council and the public at the October 15th, 2024, Hearing, which was relied on prior to the Council Members casting their votes.
