Communications Committee City of Huntington Beach Monday, October 26, 2020 2000 Main Street 3:00 PM - Regular Meeting Huntington Beach, CA 92648 AGENDA Zoom CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENTS Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20 which allows a local legislative body to hold public meetings via teleconferencing and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public seeking to observe and to address the local legislative body. This Order was issued with the intent of limiting gatherings that can spread COVID-19. While the City cannot provide an in-person location for the public to attend this committee meeting during the pandemic, the public may submit a public comment telephonically by calling (669) 900-6833 and entering Meeting ID: 975 7230 4975. They may also attend a virtual Zoom meeting by entering the same Meeting ID in Zoom (www.Zoom.us). Once a caller has entered the meeting, they will be placed in a holding queue. Callers will be prompted to speak in the order received and after Staff confirms the last three digits of their phone number. Each caller will be provided 2 minutes to speak. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.
