CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMENTS The City welcomes public comments on agendized or non-agendized items but please note that the Communication Committee can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized . Each speaker may have up to 3 minutes unless the volume of speakers warrants reducing the time allowance and cannot donate time to others. Individuals wishing to speak may do so in one of three ways: 1. In-Person: Fill out a Request to Speak form delivered to the Staff Liaison. Once the Chair opens Public Comments, in-person participants will be called to speak first. 2. Virtually via Zoom: Using the Zoom Webinar log in information above, use the “Raise Hand” button on the Zoom or enter *9 by phone to enable the “Raise Hand” feature, followed by the *6 prompt that unmutes their handheld device microphone. Individuals will be prompted to speak when the Staff Liaison announces their name or the last three digits of their phone number. 3. In Writing: Submit written comments via email to Julie.Toledo@surfcity-hb.org by 12:00 PM on the day before the meeting.
