On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N- 29-20 which allows a local legislative body to hold public meetings via teleconferencing, and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise electronically to all members of the public seeking to observe and to address the local legislative body. Pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, please be advised that some members of the Community Services Commission and/or City staff may participate in this meeting telephonically or electronically. PRESENTATIONS & ANNOUNCEMENTS 1. Introduction and Oath of Office for New Commissioners - Slama will introduce the newly appointed Commissioners: Nancy Buchoz (representing City Council Member Ortiz), Laura Costelloe (representing City Council Member Moser), and John Partington (representing City Council Member Kalmick). Gomez will administer the Oath of Office for the new commissioners. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS 1. Election of Officers - The annual election of Chair and Vice Chair will be conducted. Vice-Chair Mantini will oversee the election of Chair. Nominations will be accepted from the floor. After the election of Chair, the new Chair will preside over the remainder of the Commission meeting, beginning with the election of Vice Chair. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1.
