Public comments may be submitted via two options: 1) Submit written comments to community.development@surfcity-hb.org (reference Design Review Board and the agenda item number) by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting. If you would like your e-comment read aloud at the hearing, please indicate so in your email; or 2) Join the meeting remotely from your phone. Please let staff know at the start of the meeting that you wish to speak on a particular item. You will have THREE MINUTES to speak, per person, no donating of time. LOCATION: 714 Pacific Coast Highway, 92648 (North side of PCH, 115 linear feet south of the intersection of 7th Street at PCH) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Design Review Board No. 20-002 to the Zoning Administrator. 20-1822 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD NO. 2019-015 (THE SEACLIFF OF HUNTINGTON BEACH INSPIRED SENIOR LIVING PROJECT) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of a three-story, 281,061 sq. ft. assisted living and memory care facility with 226 guest rooms and a subterranean parking structure with 234 parking stalls. LOCATION: 2100 Main Street, 92648 (Northeast corner of Yorktown Avenue and Main Street) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Design Review Board No. 2019-015 to the Planning Commission.
