(3 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS) CONSENT CALENDAR - None ADMINSTRATIVE ITEMS 22-602 DESIGN REVIEW NO. 2022-002 (HUNTINGTON’S ON THE PIER RESTAURANT ADDITION AND REMODEL) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of the remodel and addition to an existing building located on Platform 3 of the Municipal Pier. The project includes the request to construct a 250 sq. ft. kitchen addition and two new outdoor dining patios totaling 620 sq. ft. at an existing retail pad building (21 Main Street), and the construction of a 450 sq. ft. enclosed dry/cold storage room, two new ADA compliant restrooms, and a trash enclosure to an existing public restrooms building (22 Main Street). The request includes Design Review consideration of the installation of a painted mural upon the south facing wall of the proposed addition, and three new signs (one non-illuminated wall sign, and two new awning signs) not covered by an existing sign program.
