(3 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS) PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 22-967 DESIGN REVIEW NO. 22-008 (HILTON CABANA OUTDOOR DINING PATIO) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of a proposed outdoor dining patio cabana with alcohol sales to be added to an existing eating and drinking establishment located along the beach boardwalk. The request includes the addition of a new trellis with heaters, tables and chairs for customers, and a 36” high metal fence around the service area.
