(4 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS) ADMINSTRATIVE ITEMS 24-620 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD NO. 2024-007 (AT&T WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of a proposed wireless communications facility on an existing Southern California Edison utility tower. LOCATION: 19202 Bushard Street (east side of Bushard St., approx. 200 feet north of Flounder Dr.) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Design Review No. 2024-007 to the Zoning Administrator with the suggested conditions of approval. 24-641 DESIGN REVIEW NO. 24-010 (PATRIOT POINT ENHANCEMENT Page 1 of 3 Design Review Board AGENDA September 12, 2024 PROJECT) REQUEST: To review the design, colors, and materials of a proposed rehabilitation of Patriot Point, an existing public memorial installation within Blufftop Park, that would consist of light grading and the installation of new pavers with a 12 in. wide concrete band, one new bench, and a replace the existing flagpole with a new 35 ft. high flagpole with a concrete pedestal base. LOCATION: Blufftop Park, approximately 450 linear feet northwest of the intersection of Pacific Coast Highway at Goldenwest Street (APN 023-170-12) Recommended Action: That the Design Review Board take the following actions: A) Recommend approval of Design Review No. 24-010 as proposed to the Zoning Administrator.
