MEETING ASSISTANCE NOTICE: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, services are available to members

bodies may provide different Request to Speak forms for public hearing items.

1. Housing Policy
Inclusionary Housing Ordinance
Ursula Luna-Reynosa provided background information on the City’s Inclusionary
Housing Ordinance and potential changes that staff will propose for City Council
consideration.
Affordable Housing Guidelines
Steve Holtz provided an overview of the City’s adopted Affordable Housing Regulations
and potential changes that staff will propose for City Council consideration.
2. Economic Development Strategy
a. Retail/ Industry Cluster and Workforce Analysis
Robert Ramirez provided an overview of study, including highlights from the executive
summary.
Ursula Luna-Reynosa provided an update on City initiated economic development
initiatives and prospects.
3. Items to look into/follow-up
a. Councilmember Peterson requested staff to look into the following items:
-PCH lighting improvements
-Tenants and vacancy in new office buildings in downtown
Meeting adjourned at 3:30pm till October 14, 2020 at 3:30pm, which was cancelled.
