Each speaker may have up to 3 minutes unless the volume of speakers warrants reducing the time allowance and cannot donate time to others. Individuals wishing to speak may do so in one of two ways: 1. In-Person: Fill out a Request to Speak form delivered to the Staff Liaison. Once the Chair opens Public Comments, in-person participants will be called to speak first. 2. In Writing: Submit written comments via email to Library@hbpl.org by 2:00 PM on the day of the meeting. All written communications will be forwarded to the Historic Resources Board and recorded as supplemental communication. Research and Demolition Reports Discuss requests for research and demolition reports. Outreach and Marketing Discuss current and upcoming outreach and marketing opportunities. Education Discuss local education programs.
