ROLL CALL Board Members: Linda Vircks, Andi Kowal, Karen Pedersen, Chris Young, Pat Love Event Director: Stacey Newton Council Liaisons: Erik Peterson, Lyn Semeta Staff Liaisons: Chris Cole PUBLIC COMMENTS - None Anyone wishing to speak during PUBLIC COMMENTS must fill out and submit a form to speak. The Fourth of July Board can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. Anyone wishing to speak on items not on today’s agenda, may do so during PUBLIC COMMENTS. Three (3) minutes per person; no donating of time to others. CONSENT CALENDAR APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Request for approval of minutes for the November 7, 2018 Fourth of July Board meeting. The minutes were approved. ADMINSTRATIVE ITEMS a. 2019 Logo and Theme – Logo approved with minor changes. b. Celebration Events - Sponsor booklets were give out to Board. Karen Pedersen nominated Tony Diersing as Community Grand Marshal, Andi Kowal seconded, Board approved COMMITTEE REPORTS - None Page 1 of 2 Fourth of July Board MINUTES - Final February 5, 2019 MEMBER COMMENTS - None ADJOURNMENT With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:32 pm.
