Police Department Staff will provide an update on activity in the southeast area .

Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) - Public Works Staff will report on status of CIP projects
planned in the southeast area.
3. COMMUNITY SERVICES
Park Projects - Community Services Staff will report on any park updates in the southeast
area.
4. ORANGE COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
OCSD Staff will provide updates on ongoing projects.

7. POSEIDON PROJECT

8. ASCON LANDFILL PROJECT
Ascon Landfill Project – Field work for the Final Remedy (final cleanup) began in January
2019, with direction and oversight by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control
(DTSC) as the lead agency. Please use the 24-hotline for questions or concerns,
714-388-1825 (please use 911 for anything thought to be an emergency). Information and
updates are posted on the project website, www.asconhb.com, as well as the State regulatory
agency website, www.Envirostor.dtsc.ca.gov. DTSC plans to hold a public community
meeting to provide an update and answer your questions, 6 pm, Thursday, June 6, at Edison
High School.
9. MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Staff will report on status of major development projects in the southeast area progressing
through the development review process.
