(3 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS) CONSENT CALENDAR 24-421 INITIAL PLANNING AND ZONING REVIEW NO. 24-005 REQUEST: To review conceptual plans for “Approval in Concept” for the proposed renovation and addition to an existing residence consisting of the proposed construction of a new dwelling to include 2,070 sq. ft. of habitable area, 1,000 sq. ft. of balconies, deck and roof top deck, 350 sq. ft. of enclosed garage space (2 car), and a 279 sq. ft. ADU. The existing dwelling unit to the west will remain and be internally remodeled. The existing unit to the East along with the existing decks will be demolished to make way for the new dwelling unit.
