(3 MINUTES PER PERSON, NO DONATING OF TIME TO OTHERS) 24-711 REVISIONS TO PHAM MIXED USE BUILDING (CUP 21-011) REQUEST: To review revisions to the architectural style and floor plan layout to a previously approved 4,630 sq. ft. three-story mixed use building at an overall height of 33 ft. The project includes an approximately 2,359 sq. ft. commercial hotel operated on the first and second floors, and the owner/operator will occupy a 1,560 sq. ft. two bedroom residential unit on the first floor. The approved CUP included a conceptual approval for a Coastal Development Permit by the Coastal Commission.
