The Zoning Administrator can take no action on this date, unless the item is agendized. Anyone wishing to speak on items not on today’s agenda, may do so during PUBLIC COMMENTS. TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 19-123 (MARINIA SUBDIVISION - CONTINUED FROM THE FEBRUARY 19, 2020, MEETING) REQUEST: To subdivide an existing 5.62 acre (marina) parcel and create a .384 acre parcel that will consist of a dock and five existing boat slips . This request also requires review and approval from the California Coastal Commission. ADJOURNMENT The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Zoning Administrator is Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 1:30 PM in Room B-8, Lower Level, Civic Center, 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach, California. Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance, the action taken by the Zoning Administrator is final unless an appeal is filed to the Planning Commission by you or by an interested party. Said appeal must be in writing and must set forth in detail the action and grounds by which the applicant or interested party deems himself aggrieved. Said appeal must be accompanied by a filing fee of Three Thousand One Hundred Two Dollars ($3,102.00) if the appeal is filed by a single family dwelling property owner appealing the decision on his own property and Four Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-One Dollars ($4281.00) if the appeal is filed by any other party. The appeal shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Planning Commission within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the Zoning Administrator's action or ten (10) working days for a coastal development permit.
