CONSENT CALENDAR - None PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 22-721 COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 22-015 (LUXENBERG LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AND GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS) REQUEST: To adjust a lot line between two lots (16412 and 16416 Grimaud Lane) for improved vehicular access and allow for the following improvements to an existing two-story single family residence: add 16 sq. ft. to an existing three-car garage, demolish the front wall and Page 1 of 4 Zoning Administrator AGENDA October 19, 2022 roof eyebrow on the garage, rebuild the garage door with hip eyebrow, and install a six ft. high block wall along the property line. Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Coastal Development Permit No. 22-015 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. 22-809 COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 22-017 (RESIDENTIAL GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS) REQUEST: To remodel an existing two-story single family residence by demolishing approximately 180 sq. ft. of an existing three-car garage and removing and replacing existing garage walls/roofs as needed. LOCATION: 16416 Grimaud Lane, 92649 (near the terminus of Grimaud Lane). Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Coastal Development Permit No. 22-017 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. 22-827 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 22-003 (JAY BIRD’S OUTDOOR PATIO-BEER AND WINE) REQUEST: To allow the on-site sale, service, and consumption of beer and wine (ABC License Type 41) within a new, approximately 142 sq. ft. outdoor dining area.
