LOCATION: 21622 Pacific Coast Highway (APN: 114-151-10), 92646 (north of Pacific Coast Highway, east of Beach Boulevard) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 22-039 and Coastal Development Permit No. 22- 030 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. 23-215 ENTITLEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 22-010 (ROCKIN’ CREPES Page 1 of 4 Zoning Administrator AGENDA March 15, 2023 LIVE ENTERTAINMENT) REQUEST: To amend Conditional Use Permit No. 2009-026 to allow for live entertainment consisting of karaoke and a solo acoustic musician within an existing 1,200 sq. ft. restaurant LOCATION: 8943 Atlanta Avenue, Huntington Beach, CA 92646 (northwest corner of Magnolia Street and Atlanta Avenue) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Entitlement Plan Amendment No. 22-010 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. 23-231 ENTITLEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 22-011 (SHORELIFE CHURCH EXPANSION) REQUEST: To amend Conditional Use Permit No. 91-022 to allow an existing religious assembly use to expand into an approximately 3,000 sq. ft. adjacent tenant suite to create a new ancillary youth ministry center. LOCATION: 15282 Jason Circle, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 (East of Bolsa Chica St. and south of Argosy Ave.) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Entitlement Plan Amendment No. 22-011 with suggested findings and conditions of approval.
