PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 23-505 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 23-002/COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 23-003 (TRAN RESIDENCE) REQUEST: To demolish an existing single-story residence and construct a two-story, approximately 4,813 sq. ft. residence with an attached 728 sq. ft. garage and 664 sq. ft. roof deck above the second floor at an overall height of 32 ft.-6 inches. LOCATION: 9121 Christine Drive, 92646 (northwest corner of Christine Drive and Islander Lane) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 23-002 and Coastal Development Permit No. 23- 003 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. Page 1 of 3 Zoning Administrator AGENDA June 21, 2023 23-526 COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 23-005 (OCSD COLLECTION YARD RELOCATION AND DEMOLITION) REQUEST: To demolish an existing 36,927 sq. ft. warehouse, construct two new remote warehouse stations (7,000 sq. ft. and 550 sq. ft.) at an overall height of 17 ft., and relocate an existing collections yard to a new location with 2,960 sq. ft. of covered parking at an overall height of 18 ft. within the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) LOCATION: 22212 Brookhurst St., 92646 (east side of Brookhurst St., north of PCH) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Coastal Use Permit No. 23-005 with suggested findings and conditions of approval.
