LOCATION: 7862 Warner Avenue #106 (southwest corner of Warner Avenue and Beach Boulevard) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 23-010 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. LOCATION: 602 9th Street (northeast corner of 9th Street and Acacia Avenue) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 22-041 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. 23-558 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 23-003 (521 12TH ST) REQUEST: To demolish an existing single-story residence and construct a three-story, approximately 5,460 sq. ft. residence with an attached 692 sq. ft. garage, 112 sq. ft. second floor deck and a 156 sq. ft. third floor deck at an overall height of 30 feet on a lot in the RMH-A sub-district with 50 feet of frontage.
